For Eve Online please come to live help once your order has been submitted. We will confirm your character name and then meet you in game for delivery.
The above times are base times. They are the times where we will most likely be online looking for you to deliver your items. All times are GMT-5, current time is displayed above the schedule.OTHER TIMES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST - Please specify preferred delivery time when ordering.

DELIVERY TIME EXCEPTIONS
May 24 - No deliveries between 1:30pm and 6:30pm.
Delivery will usually take from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on many factors. We built our reputation on honesty and timely delivery, but the following things could contribute in your delivery being late:
Character name not included with payment, or spelled wrong
Character name sent separately from payment
Game, ISP or Internet outages
Delays with Paypal or other notifications
Uncleared payments (e-checks)
Unverified or Unconfirmed Paypal accounts
We occasionally eat and sleep :)
There will be no returns or exchanges except as defined in the 'Conditions of Use' section of this website.
Proof of delivery will be taken in the form of Screenshots, and will be available in the event of any disputes.
