How will my items/gold be delivered?
After you complete the order process and have sent payment, the order appears in our delivery queue in the order in which it was received. We will then log into the game and contact the character specified on the order form, and setup a meeting place where we will give you your items and/or gold. If we are unable to make contact, we will keep trying, and if after several days we are still unable to make contact, an e-mail will be sent to the contact address provided. You may reply to this e-mail or log onto our Live Help to verify the status of your delivery.

How long does delivery take?
Most of the orders will be delivered within 45 minutes (in some cases within just a few minutes) during Delivery Hours, however deliveries can occasionally take up to 90 minutes or longer depending on order volumes and game server traffic. Some orders may require extra verification which might cause a delay; if we need extra information from you, we will send you an Order Update e-mail with the information request. For e-check payments, we will only process your orders when payment clears. If you have been waiting over 45 minutes and have not ehard from us, please contact our Live Help for an order status.

Why has my order been tagged for Telephone/Fax Verification?
In almost all cases, we will require a Telephone or Fax Verification from a new customer. This is a one-time process, although it is possible that it might not be done on the first order. We use these methods to determine your identity and legitimate possesion of the card or Paypal account you are using to pay. This serves to decrease fraud and deter scammers, something which benefits all our customers because it allows us to keep our prices low.

Paypal is an online payment system that facilitates the transfer of money from one bank account to another. How (and why) do I Verify my Paypal account?
The Paypal Verification system is quite simple and easy. Once you have created your Paypal account, you have the option to acquire Verified status by completing a process through your bank. After logging into your Paypal account, click the option that says Verify my account, and Paypal will give instructions on what to do next. Paypal will make two small deposits into the bank account attached to your Paypal account and they will request that you verify exactly the amounts that they have deposited. After checking your bank records, simply enter the deposit amounts into the Paypal query page and your account will then attain Verified status. This is an important step in protecting your account, as only you can Verify your Paypal account.

What is a pending e-check, and why do I need to wait for it to clear?
A pending e-check is a type of payment option available with Paypal. An e-check results when a payment is sent from a Paypal account without sufficient balance to cover the cost of the order. Paypal must contact the bank and verify that the funds are present, thus the cause of the delay. Just like normal checks, pending e-checks take a few days to clear while Paypal verifies the funds are present within the senders account. Once the check has cleared, the money is transferred and then delivery can take place immediately thereafter.

How do I avoid sending an e-check?
To avoid sending an e-check, make sure that you have sufficient funds in your Paypal account, or sufficient balance on the credit card used to fund your Paypal account,before you place an order. To confirm your payment type, just before confirming the payment within Paypal, you will see a blue hyperlink that reads: "Choose more funding options". By clicking this link you may determine which option is currently selected for your payment, and what payment options your account supports.

How can I pay using a credit card without having or opening a Paypal Account?
To pay with a credit card without using a Paypal account, simply follow the same checkout procedure as before, and select Paypal as your payment method. Once you are forwarded to the Paypal website, you will see a section that reads "Don't have a Paypal account?", simply click the blue hyperlink that reads "Continue" and you will be prompted to enter your payment information without opening a Paypal account.

How can I pay using Western Union?
Go to our Live Help to request the information that you will need to complete your Western Union payment. Once you have this information, go to your nearest Western Union Agent location (you can find your nearest location on their site at www.westernunion.com), and request and fill out the Send Money Form. Once you have sent your payment, the Western Union Agent will give you a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). Come back to our Live Help with the MTCN number, and once we have confirmed the payment, we will deposit the full amount of your Western Union payment into your store account, which you can use the same as cash. Some of our customers send money to put into their accounts, and they like to spend a little at a time until their account is almost empty, then send more; you don't have to spend it all at once.
